PIP or Resign

I chose to resign previous company as they had planned cost cuttings in last town hall.

Resignation allowed me to focus more on searching jobs and less focus on BAU. I sticked to not touch long reply queries, trainings and work as backups.

For PIP, they planned to find minuscule errors and lay off within 1 week.
