The last project persons are putting me in pip without any reason they didn’t gave me any feedback during project and when they released they put a negative feedback which was not correct and the same project person will be evaluating me what should I do should I raise grievance
I dont wanna give you any false hopes on the same hand dont wanna demotivate you.
But the fact is if you got PIP np matter ehat you do,raise grievance or speak to the highest level,it cant be changed.
Many projects have this practice of putting outgping resources to PIP to save someone present in the team.It bitter truth but it happens.
Second thing -if you are working in another project and in case you have supervisor from new project (if you havent changed your supervisor do it asap) then there are high chances that your new supervisor or the supervisor from your current project will be evaluating you.
Third- Try to speak with HR or your current supervisor who has put you into PIP and ask them the reason for putting you in PIP. If you have any appreciation or any recognition email from your business unit or from client you can let them know about it. But..be as polite as u can..no matter what they say..no matter they lie about anything,maintain highest level of professionaliam and put your points as politely as u can.
Last but vimp-If your last supervisor evaluates you there are very high chances that he or she will clear your PIP and
If your new supervisor evaluates you there are very high chances he or she will clear your PIP untill unless there is some serious behavioural or performance issues.
In the case if your last supervisor evalueates you then there are chances but very less but she or he can clear your PIP ( provided you were put on PIP just to meet the targets,yes you read that right,every year they get targets to put resources in PIP, reverse bell curve approach maybe)
I will suggest you to start preparing and be interview ready,look for oppurtunities outside-you will get confidence,doesnt matter your PIP gets cleared or not ,if you get good oppurtunity,grab it and move on.

Means there is no point in raising grievances on as there are no negative feedback during project
