Trending @Infosys; Pip Ni ratings.....

I have recieved a performance rating email. It is mentioned as I might have to clear pip, but in my current project I have got client appreciations and appreciation from TL as well, he is telling this is only till 2024 sept performance, do they put me into pip !?? Pip is must for all who got NI rating Kindly guide

Okay.. generally if they have to put you on pip , they will start it in May or June. Discuss with the manager urgently.

🤔 why do managers even give this kind of rating. don't they care for other employees ? I hope such managers also get fking NI rating from their seniors
