Trending @Infosys; PIP mail from HR

Hi, has anyone got PIP discusstion mail from HR. I got NI rating and I got mail of 'unsatisfactory performance'. But didn't recieve mail of HR or manager to discusse PIP. When should I expect that mail? Should I approach them? Please help

Is it a manual process where HR has to keep with each PIp resource. Mostly they will start scheduling from Jan last/ Feb first week
