I have received a mandatory pip mail on getting needs improvement rating, what would be the next steps?? What kind of tasks would be assigned ? Anybody can help who was already on pip in infosys??

Same I have also received mail 30th but there's no communication from my previous manager or Hr.. It was written that someone will contact. There's no info on when the Pip is starting what are performance measures.. I think Hr will contact or we will have to contact on Monday or so

Yes it a a slow process . It could be initiated anytime from Jan 3rd week

If you are in project , your reporting manager will decide the tasks and timeline for you
