PIP/Job risk at TCS Bench?

I joined TCS in July 2024. from that time i am getting allocated in account for 1 month then released to Bench (for 15 days) then again to another account (2 months) then got released to Bench now. Still in Probation after 4 months. Is there any Job Risk or PIP. I just came on bench 2 day's back. How much time I can look for project on bench?

There are people who are on bench for more than 2 years after they are released from project and you are talking about pip. Nothing will happen here. You are fresher you will get allocated to project easily.
