PIP is initiated for Please Suggest what is this process and how to overcome this PIP ?
Last appraisal they gave as D band due to moved to another project. After two times discussed with Manager and Reviewer nothing happened. Today I just got mail regarding pip is initiated for me. It is written as last appraisal april 24 to March 25 appraisal cycle performance this PIP is initiated for me. Please suggest guys what to take the necessary steps and how to overcome this shit process? I am completely shocked and feared.
PIP is for 3 months you will get a mail regarding the start date and end date of your pip
In thelat time your manager or supervisor will give you goals in SPEED and rating will be given at end of the review it should be above 3 (check the policy for exact ipf) to close pip satisfactory
In the 3 months you will be having monthly meeting with your manager hr and supervisor to discuss on your performance
And finally it all depends on your current manager if you are in his good side and have good rapo you will be saved during pip please go to office without fail if you don't go then apply leave because that's the one place where hr can track you seperately and may raise a issue

Yes I am in project now. Last 24 25 appraisal cycle they gave as D band. First they released me then said not go any other project said ki still there is some Billing for you. We will extend few more days but in system I got the release mail.Inthat period I accepted another project and they blocked me immediately. For this they gave as D band.

Be calm, prepare yourself, find a good
opportunity and move out.
Just move out, even if you overcome there's no future here
Just leave TCS there are options in the world it's not just one company and don't worry about it
PIP is for 3months and every month HR and manager will schedule a call to discuss about your work progress and based on your work progress they will plan. And your salary will be reduced from current around 12%. So be active in project bro.
