PIP is initiated for me from effective 2nd July to 29th September.Now I am searching job in outside.But the problem is notice Please Suggest

Last appraisal cycle I got as D band even worked relentlessly and my RTO was 100 percent. My last manager gave me D band because of personal intention. Now I am in good project and good work culture.But last Wednesday I got mail as pip is initiated for me as per the last appraisal cycle band.What to do guys ? I am not feeling well and feared to see this situation.If I am searching outside they are asking me about notice period.I am trying to convince them ki I am in bench and my notice period is leaa than 30 days. They won't schedule the interview. Please help me guys what will be the best approach to exit from here.I am under financial problems, mentally harashessd and physical not feeling now Please guys suggest what is the best way to get the interview and how can I overcome this stupid pip?

I think, if your current manager is good. Then your job will be safe. Please discuss with your current manager

Give yourself 1 month to prepare well and set notice period as 1 month on naukri portal. You will surely get calls and during hr round you can negotiate on notice period.
Other option is bit risky but if you don't have any dependencies at home then you can directly resign and then search for the offer provided you should be well prepared and already given some interviews in startups. Keep trying you will get the best opportunity rather than staying here to get out of the PIP

Only option to stay in tcs is, shoe licking and boot licking of managers who them selves most of the managers are non competent.

Pip can be completed if you have manager support

Get referrals for service based companies ( accenture, capgemini etc) they will accept 90 days

Send an email to your entire hierarchy including HR and ask for the reason to put you in PIP & why he gave you D band. Managers can't put anyone in PIP without valid reason.
