Trending @Accenture; PIP is about to end on 27th Feb

I was on pip from 30th jan to 28th feb. And tomorrow that is 27th feb is my 4th week feedback call so all the 3 week went good i got positive feedback for all the 3 week. So now its time for 4th week, what if they said pip is not cleared, what should bethe steps should i take what should i ask, like severance pay, termination or whateey i can. Please suggest.
