I have been informed that they initiated a PIP for me... With conditions that they will monitor such as performance, RTO and Nippon. They have also mentioned that they will notify me once my PIP is approved. What does this mean?

Start looking for new jobs asap buddy. They put employees in pip when they want to reduce the resources and pip is an excuse to do so.

I have seen mostly PIP cases are used as a tool to fire someone ... Get ready buddy, try to find a new job or a different team
