Trending @Infosys; PIP Initiation
After waiting so long finally my PIP manager reached out to me recently and told me about its initiation and told that a call will be set up with HR in order to start it next week. I'm on bench for more than 10 months. Is there anything I need to know or ask them during the call? What is the possibility of clearing it?

Bro like how you are on bench for 10 months and still didn't get the project?

For iniitial 3-4 months there were different reasons like couldn't relocate and they needed experienced person but since January I'm not getting any bcz of NI rating though I got shortlisted for 4 projects but bcz of PIP issue they didn't onboard me.
