Heyy….. Can somebody please confirm if the person is put up on PIP and he resign while being on PIP then what will be the notice period of that person? Also if the PIP is not cleared then what will be the notice period? Is there any PIP policy from where we can refer to?

Resign after pip consideration is immediate release. With 3 months severance if negotiated well
