PIP initiated due to D band

I got a D band this time and PIP has been initiated for me. PIP ends mid september. I want to resign. If I resign in sept first week, will I get any compensation for the notice period? Can somebody shed some light? If I fail PIP which I feel I will definitely because the HR head is hellbent to layoff in our org. Will I get any compensation for the notice period?

Fed up with the RTO nobody cares about work. Got call from HR for PIP feedback, he said nobody cares for work just do the basic come to office stay for 9 hrs. If it's the case I am out. I am new to the I dustry just 2+ YOE. I don't want to deal all this want to learn and earn.
