I am a SAP consultant in Technology Consulting L9.for the past year i was not getting relevant projects . I got notified I have been put in PIP.What does this mean.Should I outright leave or is this program going to be helpful?

But my manager called up to say 'why are you giving up, its just an HR program, use the time to improve yourself and let me find you a project"...when i said i want to resign
