Pip in tcs for 1 year experience
Ok guys I am just 1 year experience in tcs. Here is my story Tcs hired me for ignite program which is 4 months program in Chennai and after the program they placed me to mumbai with 18k salary which is thousand miles far from my home. I live in kolkata so I begged them to put me in a project in kolkata but the rmg and manager none had listened. So I accepted my faith and try to survive for atleast 2 years. So I had completed 1 year experience and my manager is saying they are puting me in PIP cuz they put me in Data engineering project and I have 0 knowledge of data engineering. So I am having difficulties to solve the incident alone and I need to take help from other colleagues. I am just 6 months in the project and I am learning from YouTube and Udemy whatever but then also I m facing some problems to close incident on time. So at first we could have close incidents in 3 to 4 days later but now they are putting more pressure to close incidents within hours. Our project doesn't have any timing. I start working at 10 am and logout at 11 pm including travelling time in mumbai busy road. And after 11 I have to cook food so basically no time for myself.Talked with manager Abt this problem but no help as expected. So due to some minor problems I created which I don't have experience they put me in PIP and that fraustated me a lot.

Honestly search outside for a job which aligns with your skill set... This is too harsh the way its going for you now... I understand struggle karna padta hai, but btech wale ke liye 18000 mak kuch zada struggle hogaya...

Basically you are surviving there. My opinion is to use the PIP to improve knowledge in the current working area. Search outside with a good package in your desired location. As a fresher they treat you as they want. Once you experienced you can switch to your desired.

That very hard and tough to live
But look at bright side always
Try to switch and get a new project
Anything that you can do and get out of this

Take care yourself dude. This is not fair with you. Keep patience, you will be getting good job
