Trending @Accenture; PIP in Notice Period

So I have decided to resign next month after serving 3+yrs in this company. The salary is not cutting it and I want to get out of my comfort zone. However my Manager has hinted to put me in PIP as I have requested for a roll-off twice now. Can they put me into PIP while serving notice period? What are the consequences? Can anyone of you tell me where to find the official Accenture document regarding this?

One of my friends was also put in PIP while he was leaving. they do this because every fiscal cycle they have to give one name for PIP(for each level), and as they don't want to remove the existing employee they put PIP for those employees who are leaving to save the current employees.

That's the logic I understood!

Once you put papers, consider yourself as KING!!! Let them put you in PIP, it will not affect you anyway I guess. Mostly these guys put people on PIP just to force them to resign.
