Trending @Accenture; PIP in June 2025

I got pip in June 2025 which got skipped and they released me from the project I got new project in Aug and now got negative feedback from last project. Will I get pip again in dec 2025 outcome ?

Most probably yes ! Negative feedback means you are on the hitlist.

This is a common practice here, hardly any feedback contains real feedback, if you want or that want you to leave project you'll get negative feedback for sure.

This is why this organisation is rotten from the core.
