Trending @Accenture; PIP in accenture for 30 days

Hi guys, i have been put in PIP in Accenture. The duration will be for 30 days. If I fail in the PIP then there will be an immediate separation from the Accenture

Immediately means lwd will on last day of pip or it will take 1-2 weeks time ??

And also need info abt the compensation for notice period.
