If people lead give negative feedback on workday then how much chance get a PIP

Negative feedback doesn't mean that you will be in PIP Program. If your monthly score is in red for one quarter then you will be in PIP.
I have a decade of experience in IT service companies, and trust me when I say this: 1 negative review is not a problem. Most people are fired because they lack work ethics or get caught up in office politics.
What is PIP in Accenture or in any other company for that matter? PIP is a time for you to improve your image in your office, nothing more. You won’t be put on PIP for 1-2 negative reviews. Try to keep at least one manager in your favour. This is how it works in these companies.
