I have got PIP? Can anyone tell openly what happens next? Termination/ Project roll-off/ just warning?
Just tell openly what happened to those who got pip recently so that others also will get some ideas.

Check the PIP ticket feedback for the last 2 weeks if it's red
Then surely termination
I was in PIP & couldn't clear it so they made an exit decision

Just do your best and work on given tasks. I was given PIP last month and in one of weekly review my manager gave status of partially met so I told them that I am not going to work on remaining tasks as my manager has given “partially met” rating so I am sure I am going to be terminated but HR told me it doesn’t work like that. If PIP is successful or not that will be decided on overall performance during PIP. They gave me “Partially met” in 2 objectives out of 4 so I was sure I will be kicked out but in final review call they cleared my PIP and closed as successful. So my advice to you is just give your best and work on PIP tasks.

Okay, Thank you soo much!

I got pip in may 2025. Here's what happened. Raised grievance, scolded my manager in front of sm and hr. Explained to all of them that my performance was good and i did not deserve pip. Shown them all my work and appreciations from the team. Talked to AD as well and all of then assured my that i'll not be terminated. Just complete all PIP tasks. Despite all this, my manager assigned 2 easy, 1 moderate and 1 vert difficult task. I asked him to change the tough one but he refused. And in the middle of all this, my wife delivered a baby boy and asked for paternity leave but my manager asked to take but the tasks should be completed on time. So, I worked on the tasks while on leave, taking vare of my wife and baby having sleepness nights. Took help of chatgpt and completed all the tasks on time. But despite all this, my manager wrote partially met in one of the task. So I again talked to my SM, HR about this and they talked to my manager. My manager then finally closed all the tasks and closed the PIP ticket. It was very hectic, but I came out despite all odds. So do not lose hope, work sincerely on all the tasks, take timely reviews and keep everyone in the loop so that your manager do not play dirty politics. In my case, I had good relations with my SM as she was my manager before so she knew my work hence she supported me. All the best !

Okay, Thanks for your information.. 🤝

Why would someone be put on PIP if they are performing well on a client project, strengthening their skills through external certifications, and already have P4 proficiency? Are such people also part of PIP?
