Due to NI rating last year, the performance bonus for this year not credited.

Last year i had to undergo depression due to family issues. But, I really performed well this year and received appreciations from client.

Asked manager about his he mentioned that I may receive after this year.

When can I receive the increment or hike with performance bonus this year ?
