Trending @Infosys; PIP - Immediate Release-Severance

Hi Received PIP mail last week and didn’t receive any update from HR or manager. If i create seperation from infy me will i get 3 months pay with immediate release? Or should i first wait for HR call? Thing is i lied about my lwd (21 jan)for interviews outside then only im getting calls. So currently no confirmation from one company but i think they will release offer soon.

But what if they ask for proof of lwd before releasing offer letter? 😟

Someone please help ! Should i resign now from my own end so that atleast i will show proof to new hr that i put resignation. I’m on bench btw.

If you are on bench and if you resign, you get immeditae release . They dont pay 3 months salary

What if they delay offer letter? I can’t tell our HR about im appearing for interviews and all. Some people are discussing here to get 3 months pay get released. But how do i do that
