I had received positive feedback from my manager. I have the proofs of positive feedback as well as commit and merge request screenshots. I didn't had a proper people lead assigned to me during my project. I worked in this project for just 2.5 months and got a release since the project was toxic and switched to my current project. I have good reviews with my current project and I didn't receive any negative feedback from previous as well. But got to know that I have been placed in PIP. I had raised this grievance meeting for the same. Is it a possibility that this pip can be changed also how should I approach this meeting. It will consist of my current project supervisor previous project manager as well as some senior people.

Same happened with me, but my current manager is supporting me.
If they are not convinced with proof, better to gp with flow and check weather provided pip task are achievable. Try to clear pip to buy if achievable and then switch. Else if not achievable, start looking outside from now only.
I don't think they will be convinced with your proofs.
If you are in PIP better to leave coz they have already decided to screw you.. u don’t get any increment or variable pay and no promotion for next 2 years..
Start looking for another job
How do you know that you were PIPd? Did you receive any email? Is there a way for us to find out ?
Definitely possible to change the PIP. 💪 Just present all your proofs confidently and explain the situation clearly.
