Has anybody raised a grievance regarding the pip outcome. What happens in the process. I have performed exceptionally well in the project but still put in pip. Planning to raise grievance. Would appreciate any insights.

Nothing will happen. Absolutely nothing

Waste of time. First your manager might have been forced to give Pip by HR during talent discussions stating quota/ budget etc and when you raise a grievance the same HR will now act all concerning. They’ll then ask your people lead/talent lead/manager for explanation if you are not satisfied with that it will go to the group leader in the assessment hierarchy then still if you are unhappy they will go to the MD who is your market lead and their decision will be final. No one who is tagged IP will ever be happy in the first place and these HR folks expect people to get satisfied by the explanation.

If u have solid proofs to defend.. Then raise grievance on PIP n on ur lead who put u on pip.. It will work out....
