Fuck u acn for putting me in pip for no reason. I just joined the project and my fucking manager put me in pip without any reason and because this fucking shitty decision i got no hike and no variable pay plus i am not even gettubg shift allowance. All my team mates are getting allowance expect me. Fuck everyone who were there in this decision of putting me in pip. Now I regret leaving my internship at just because i wanted to join ACN. I hope karma fuck you so hard l.....bloody bkls
Leads are forced to give PIP to at least 1 person from their team.
Still it is very depressing for freshers. Also when financial condition is not well

Maine frequent sick leaves li thi issliye unhone mujhe task kam diye or meri performance kam rahi, ye reason diya tha mere team lead ne. Maine project june me join kiya or august tak mujhe koi task assign nahi hua na koi kt hui. August me support task assign hue jo maine deadline se pehle de diye or jis din koi task nahi hota tha to maine tab sick leave li kyuki mujhe kuch test karwane the or maine saare test ki medical report apne team lead, manager or hr ko time to time submit ki.
How did you know that you were put in pip?
Manager should have very clear reason for giving pip else he/she will in trouble
I guess they use my sick leaves as an excuse
There is no valid reason for PIP...listen to my story...first my previous project gave me rolloff saying we are reducing resources as its not required then within some days pl again calling and saying will be give you in IP(Improvement plan) without mentioning IP is same as PIP (i am L12 and not aware of IP and its consequences)...the next week after i have been given PIP i got new project and started working there...now i told my current pl to tell my VP and she kept a meeting with the previous pl...i don't know whats gonna happen 🥲
Lala koi saga nahi hai yaha. Har company ko AI ke paise sabit karne ke liye logo ko udane ka target mila hai. Toh suli par naya banda hi chadhaya jata hai.
