PIP for bench employees with C band
PIP shall now be initiated for employees who are on the bench and whose last band is C. Only the most capable shall be retained rest terminated. I believe this was previously the norm for D band only. But now it has been extended to the C band as well.
Stop spreading this nonsense news. Better you should be having a C band and will be in bench soon. You can feel the pain of the employee who is in this shoe right now.
