Trending @Infosys; Pip fail and then future processes
I persons I have failed 2 month pip , now hr told to resign and take early release otherwise the item will proceed towards termination I wanted to know can I negotiate 3 months notice period like if I want to serve 3 months will they allow me or if not they will terminate me?

I was placed on wrong projects in which my skill set didn't match and no kt was provided also
Same is the case with me even they have asked me to change my primary skills according to project in LnC. But somehow I’m able to work with help of AI.
I think this is the case at most projects, these people had shitty resources which couldn’t even provide architecture of the project .
Don’t think there is much you can do. You can request for 3 salary but it’s upto them. If you have the guts tell them either give me 3 months salary or go ahead terminate me. I will challenge it in court of law, labor court and media.
3-5 months salary is offered before pip initiation as far as I know
