Trending @Accenture; Pip due to project budget issue

I came to know that I am in PIP on Nov '25, still no one has reached out to me. They had put me in pip because they wanted to roll off me from the project due to budget issue.

I reached out to manager for further actions, he said there is nothing from HR yet.

What to do in this case?

Accenture is a shitty company. After being here for 6.5 years, this is what I am getting. In my current project, I used to work for 12-15 hrs and PIP is the award for it.

PIP is for exit from the company. Roll off can be given without PIP. Btw, I am also on PIP. Formal communication happened on 9th Jan.
