does hr involves in PIP call when 60 days are completed and manager taking the evaluation?

how evaluation is occurs? taking candidate out of PIP is in managers hand?

HR is involved in the PIP process. Evaluation is done by tracking daily tasks and progress. The manager and HR decide if you come out of PIP. Start job hunting.
