Trending @Cognizant; PIP consequences and risk ?

I have recently got 1 rating for my 6months project which has officially resulted me in falling into PIP ..this is a 45days program ? I want to know if anyone cleared PIP and came back into normal phase in the same project? And the second thing will Not clearing PIP will result in termination from cognizant??
