PIP

Today I got a call from the HR team that I've been put on PIP. I have been on Bench for 2 months and they are doing it for Cost cutting. Furthermore they asked me to get a project in 2 months otherwise I have to self resign.

My doubt is if they forced me to resign after 2 months in case I didn't get any interview calls, Will they give me notice period (3 months) salary???

Follow up with your HR on email. If they haven’t shared the conditions of your PIP over mail or in writing, its as good as nothing. Ask them to share all details wrt evaluation parameters, notice period. They will have better clarity of these things for their company. People on here do not know your company policies.

Also notice periods are always shared as the maximum limit they can make you work, after handing in your resignation. They can relieve you in 1 day as Last Working Day (as far as I know)

Very usual in many service based companies. To answer your question of last para- No, they won’t give you notice period salary. It is unfair but that’s how they do it. You are already on Notice right now. But you can also ask these questions to HR.

What happens if we get negative feedback from manager in third review of LPM? Will they terminate very next day and same will be given in experience letter?
