My friend In PIP from almost 2 months. No one connect till no to assign tasks or anything, today my friend called HR to discuss about this. Hr asked to meet in the office. Are they going to fire?

Yepp, 2 months is quite a long time. Few Service Based company in current times will give time more than 2-3 months
