Can anyone please help me to know about AI/ML performance improvement plan [PIP]. As of now i am working as an Automation Team Lead but they put me in PIP because in last year I was got ‘D’ band. Very ridiculous procedure, mental harassment.

For the PIP assessment. Ridiculous management and HR policy for a working associates. Even my manager is also shocked after knowing about PIP
