Hi all, I am in APAC BU, got 4 rating, on bench from 45 days. My RMG told to get project asap and also hinted me that they might (99%) ask me to resign, he suggested me to look outside opportunities as well. How can I stall my resignation and if on bench, what will be my notice period. I have no offer in hand yet.

When they will tell u resign then only u will get 2 months salary and 1month notice
