Hi All, Yesterday I got a call from another PMO that is going to be allocated to me in a project. I am not getting mail or messages by the manager or other team members even without getting any notification. I connected with the previous manager that told me, I am not raised PIP against you.
How can I check who raised PIP against me. And how can I handle it.
Currently I am on the bench. And I am selected in an account.
When u moved to bench ur manager also gets changed at that time only they moved you into pip. Previous project manager might not be aware of this.
Yesterday, I connected with HR. This PIP I raised on 26 Nov but no one informed me even no mail no notification to me. My previous L1 manager is ready to cancel it so is there any approval for cancellation
