Trending @Infosys; PIP-ADM unit

Hi all, I joined infy in July 2022 , and was offline trained at Mysore for full stack developer. Right after the training , i was put for online reskill on an entirely different technology again... The training again went on for like 5 months, before every lead/DM went silent once the training ended, with the hopes of getting placed in the technology learnt in reskill session, my hands on experience with Java was out of picture. I was put into the central bench pool , with no opportunity or the project call by anybody(UNTIL NOW). Completing 90d on the bench resulted in pip training for us(again Java). I'm afraid what will be the outcome of this program. HRs have been very smart with the answers without giving us a clue about what would happen if we fail in pip. Honestly, i regret joining infy at this point. 10/10 won't recommend anybody else. Any insights, suggestions, on how to level up my career or get out of this pip thingy or entirely out of this org ,would be much appreciated.
