Trending @Accenture; Pip a scare or a reason to terminate

I'm seeing many people getting PIP despite having P4 many certificates and everything required Is giving pip so easy some people performed well even then they are getting PIP Now I'm afraid what if I get one How to be away from this what to do to avoid this and is it such that without any reason I would get one Plz help !
