Trending @Accenture; PIP
How many of here accenture employees got PIP, and how they pass through it ? I am currently serving my PIP. Believe it or not I am going through immense pressure of work. My manager and sr manager behaving like shit to me. I want to quit but looking at current job market I feel so helpless.
I did go through PIP during COVID July 2020 and even though no fault of mine, i did want to prove myself at work. I just joined in July 2019 and did not want to come out just due to PIP. I also heard recently that even if you resign, HR will not let you go and none of the resignation approvals are approved by the supervisor and others.. On an emotional front, I understand what you are going through since I have had a similar experience, displaying patience and perseverance, I am sure you would be able to get through the bad times. Think about the better after effects of PIP. I got a hike of 25% after PIP. Also remember that you will not be entitled for bonus for that year and you will not be considered for hikes/promotions.
What is your lvl and technology ?
What if i am in Pip and raised resigned and asked for withdrawal of it Hr saying that you complete your PIP then based on results we will see like that and now after last exam of PIP. i think they accepted and got a mail that your request for exit is cancelled like that and now will they force resign me anyway they are not giving me good results though giving my best. What will be the situation now anyone mention! Plz…
