Hi Team, I was working in my previous project since a year now. i had a little bit of argument with my manager becoz I asked for project release since I was not comfortable with shift timings.then I finally got the release. even doing all work in my previous project I came to know I got into PIP. Now I am in new project.

Any idea what it is n how it work? any suggestions? What should I do here?
