Hey everyone my PIP call is scheduled tomorrow at the dc. They have asked me to come to DC to join the call. Please tell things I should do to safeguard myself or do things in the best interest of me.
PIP now is planned for 30+30 days, goals planned for each 30 days (whether you're in project or bench, separate goals though some will remain common). You need to clear those goals. If manager and HR agree you may be given 30 days extra to clear those goals. Final outcome for not clearing goals is e❌it

Would people receive NI rating even when in project? If so, why and on what basis
I got PIP while in the project..one of my goal was not completed abd they have to give someone NI..so they game me that rating..that is what my mnager told me
In my project, there was no relation of goals with daily work. Our daily work was completely different. Those who were listening to leads they got good rating means those who did leads works 😂 I got NI. Then I raised grievience in portal and fought for myself.
If you are in project, your manager can save you, yes he can, talk to manager and try to have an impression that you will give your everything to the project, will try your best....
First you identify which type of pip is this.. Task oriented, which given by manager or it's mysore training.and also they are offering 3 months salary for resignation or only pip.. If salary is offering and manager is the one who giving tasks in pip and then evaluating, better to resign I think(only my opinion) otherwise u can go through pip.. It will be somewhat easier to clear
