I am in PIP right now and My manager has given me some tasks in which I have to complete an accelerate task, what should I do? Can anyone help me to get the task?

In my case...he gave 4 certification and want me to win an ai.hackathon in accelerate.... Certification are spring augmented associate,react associate, spring professional and angular associate.,... Idk what I should do now ...and each certification..they will give 1 chance only...i was just trained in java and database....
