How important is it? And in how much time are you supposed to complete the courses suggested in it? What kind of trouble can you get in, if not completed in stipulated time?
PIP is very important to survive in the company.
In general it's a 2 months training program and what to do when to do everything they will tell you.
If you fail in PIP then they will terminate you immediately.

Will we get chance to sustain in Infosys after PIP?

If you are able to clear the PIP technically you are safe from termination. But still there is little chance of termination depending on the availability of projects and company requirements
But if you are confident enough that you can clear PIP then go for it. Forget about everything and give your best to clear PIP.
