Is there any such cases where pip is closed negetive forcefully and employee has given enough documentation proof about his positive work in organization with various certifications, and employee has refused to resgin as that pip procedure was vague completely what could happen now?

Look once you get a PIP how hard you work, it's an indication that companies have no necessity with you even if your performance is extraordinary. Even if you clear PIP positively, they may fire you anytime in future without indication.
