I'm a shadow resource for a year now. But they are not allocating any work. Looking for new project any suggestions for me . If we don't get any project rmg is trying to put us in PIP . Help !!!!!!!!!!
Performance Improvement Plan... it's just a way to kick out of the company they will give 2 months time to get a project ............failure in that will lead to forceful resignation
It’s RMG responsibility to allocate the project for you, isn’t , meanwhile use available training resources like Coursera n pluralsight to get trained n certified

Prepare good resume and send to every rmg and manager.
Definitely you will get project.
What is PIP ?
Performance improvement plan earlier it was used to help employees who are below average and nowadays they are using it to LAYOFF UNOFFICIALLY
