Trending @Accenture; Pinnacle and Ace
Can anyone explain What is this Pinnacle and Ace awards. On what basis they are giving.
My team lead maintains 2 teams and he said the other team members are not doing good. He even said that he nominated me for Ace award but his other team member got Pinnacle award today.
So this is how it works: If a person is very deserving of upcoming promotions and the management decides that they will not give promotion to the candidate, then one gets this award so that the candidate has a lollipop in their mouth and keep their mouth zipped.
I also got Pinnacle Award in two different categories a week ago. I'm also confused if it is going to affect promotion cycle, as I'm going to complete two yrs in Accenture this month and my lead is on leave from few days so I'm not getting proper info on it.
Reward points for pinnacle?
Also by when we will know about about hike/promotion?
I got 500 points for Team category and 250 for Individual category. As I'll complete 2 yrs in Accenture on 25th of August, so expecting promotion (dry promotion) in Sept cycle. Dry promotion because I've already got 24% hike in June.
I received the award today And my manager assured me that I'll get a good amount of hike too
