Cannot tell you right now but during the covid golden run, you could easily get around 35-45 base. For people coming in with higher packages, they even gave more base. Knew a few folks who joined from amazon and got around 50 base

Depends on company and kind of work. For this role particularly, one can expect 20 lpa+ minimum. It should cap at 45 lpa. If you're in upper cap, it's harder to justify the salary if you underperform sometime
