Phobia in Learning and Upskill

I have been working here for 4 years. I got used to same work and even iam not sure of whether mine is Development, QA or Support project. There is nothing to learn now. I got saturation at my work. I am unable to move of project as well. My moral is very down and I feel like iam completely waste. I haven't utilized my prime time at starting of my career. I am feeling irritated and getting negative thoughts about myself whenever iam trying to study. Anyone came out of this situation. Kindly help!!

@fluffycookie ....he is already feeling so negative....requesting you to please stop encouraging these thoughts.... As for you @LiveUnderwire82 bro....I have been in the same place....All you need is some discipline. Trust me when I say you have enough motivation. You are thinking about it right...you already think that you are not doing good....this is the best motivation. All you need is just pure discipline. If you have a friend...a good supportive and genuine friend...talk to him/her about this. Tell them about your need to be steered towards upskill and self study. Discipline will not come on its own. We need enforcers. Set a deadline for yourself. Start small but be consistent. Consistency is the key. I think this fluffycookie user is using tough love to guide you towards your goal. There are different approaches for different people. You just need to find yours.

I hope the best for you.

There’s no such thing as a "prime time" – every day is your prime time. Focus on learning gradually and applying what you’ve learned in your daily tasks. This will help you grow faster. Once you feel confident, consider pursuing certifications as they can boost your confidence. There are plenty of learning resources available these days. Start with something simple, then gradually work your way up to more complex topics. If you share your technical stack, I can offer more tailored guidance.
