Recently I got an internship only offer from Philips GBS, I'm in my final year with little to no opportunities. So this is the only option in hand.
I wanted to understand the PPO conversation rates from this organisation and the work culture.

I worked closely earlier with Philips employees including from gbs team in Chennai. Can't comment on the ppo process, but the work culture is good and Philips is a good employer. They do have (rightfully) lot of processes because of regulation and compliances they have to follow being a Healthcare manufacturer.
