PhD while working

Is it possible to take PhD in computer science field with only bachelors degree and while working. Can anyone please suggest such programs if any?

Why?... PhD is usefull only if you are planning to switch to academic i.e teaching at your mid life. It's a useless and expensive degree in India. If not for UGC requirements, nobody would do PhD.
