PG/Rooms near Noids sector 132/90

Hi, I am earning 40k in hand currently. 20k goes in to EMIs. I am switching my work from WFH to WFO. I am completely new to NCR. Kindly consider above factors while deciding below. If a live alone which PG is best near sector 132 or sector 90 in terms of affordable and good food? If I take family to stay there where can I find a affordable room with good environment (for a 2 yr child).
